The purpose of our website is to provide information on better health to those that are seeking for it. If you have problems with health, whatever the problems may be, a vegetarian diet may be just what you need to bring you back to a healthy lifestyle.

Some of the questions that vegans/vegetarians are most commonly asked are: Where do you get your protein? What do you eat? So you don't eat red meat, but what about white meat? Ok, so you don't eat meat, but what about seafood? No chicken?

First off, we will begin by saying, that you can live off of plant based foods, and live well! Our bodies are especially created for living foods: plant based foods. We thrive off of fresh greens, veggies, fruits, nuts, whole grains, etc. All the nutrition we need can be found in the plant kingdom.

Is designed to show a suggested daily intake of food. As you may notice, this pyramid is slightly, at the least, and drastically, at most, different then many other pyramids out there. One difference is the lack of animal based foods. Our bodies do not NEED this to thrive and healthfully survive.
